Sounds like a criminal conspiracy to me. You have not only the felony of interfering with federal officers in the commission of their legal duties, but you have a well planned, well funded group of individuals actively working together to commit that crime. If you define Antifa as a criminal enterprise, as the Trump admin has, you then begin triggering RICO statutes.
