On a local note, I get inaugurated as Mayor of Covington at 2:00pm.

I'd like to thank the Poli-Board and Tiger Droppings for helping me with my social media skills ... such as what-not-to-say.
2:00 Inauguration, City Hall
3:00 Light reception following, adjacent.
5:00 "Markaritas" are the drink of the day at the Southern Hotel.
7:00 Burgers and hot dogs at the Boston Street Pub.
Yes, it is a progressive celebration.
