Really is that simple, XY chromosomes and a uterus.
All this shat started a few olympics back when they had some african guy who didnt drop balls and the doc did a little nip and tuck and said raise him as a girl. He won olympic gold and people started to complain.
So they split the baby and said you have to take testosterone blockers....and he started to lose...and sued.
This testosterone blocker nonsense does not work either. As Riley said, once a man reaches puberty, even with blockers, his shoulders, his lung capacity dont change...he is a man.

I agree with you 1000% that the “Leah Thomas” situation where a person born with a dick decides to become a man, thereby creating an unnatural and unfair advantage competing against women, is absolutely absurd.
