Iranian oil was already sanctioned prior to the beginning of the conflict
If oil prices end up higher than they were before the conflict, then gas industry and station owners are full of shite bilking their fellow men.

OK, and now they can’t sell it at all like during the blockade.

Trump had the chance to just leave. Then let Israel and Iran finish their feud. It was never our feud. War will resume soon and the markets are headed south.

Oil and oil related comes through that region other than Iran. China was still getting oil under the ban even still. China not getting or any oil related products not getting through that’s not from Iran creates spikes.

Not panicking. Just reporting.

We can stop them from hitting the ships. There just isn’t any will to do so.

65 to 85 is the sweet spot for oil industry to operate and exploration to continue. Below 65 is when rig day rates drop and service industry suffers if it stays low for too long

Weird. GasBuddy’s showing at least 10 spots in the Houma-Thibodaux area under $3.25/gallon.
The Big Wheels Travel Station (Exxon) at the Highway 90/Bayou Blue Road interchange is showing $3.70/gallon.
The Shell at 90 and LA 24 showing $3.40/gallon.
