There probably is a comprehension issue, but it is not with me.
Here are some facts for you. Distances to countries that are perceived as enemies/potential enemies and only one of them does not have nuclear weapons. Guess which one we decided to attack due to fear of nuclear weapons?
USA to Iran - 7,100 miles
USA to China - 7,058 miles
USA to North Korea - 3,600 miles
USA to Russia - less than 10 miles (islands in the Bering Strait)

I originally typed "weakened" and then I went back and changed it to "severely weakened" (which is true) just to entice him to dispute it. As if he wouldn't be talking armageddon if the US had sustaned 1% of the regime's losses.
