I forget what it is, but there's a name for this type of bias. Most people will always be biased (positively or negatively) towards what they know, because they have no other experiences to compare against.
All these colleges students know is GWB, Obama, and Trump.
So I'm not surprised by the results of this poll.

I agree, that seems to often bias people into believing that the most recent president who shares similar views as an observer will get rated higher than a previous president who may have also shared political views, and could've even been a better president.
IMO, anyone thinking Trump is a better president than Reagan, for example, is suffering from "Recency Bias".
