NYT: Iran retains operational access to 90% of missile sites according to US intelligence

U.S. intelligence agencies are telling policymakers behind closed doors, according to classified assessments from early this month that show Iran has regained access to most of its missile sites, launchers and underground facilities.
Most alarming to some senior officials is evidence that Iran has restored operational access to 30 of the 33 missile sites it maintains along the Strait of Hormuz, which could threaten American warships and oil tankers transiting the narrow waterway.
People with knowledge of the assessments said they show — to varying degrees, depending on the level of damage incurred at the different sites — that the Iranians can use mobile launchers that are inside the sites to move missiles to other locations.

Exactly who are these people giving classified info(by their own admission) to the NYT? Seems like there are still leaks to the press that need to be dealt with.

Based on the opening line, this primarily came from Congress after intelligence briefings.

We need to understand that we have killed anyone that was inclined to negotiate and had the power negotiate and have left people that have either witnessed the negotiators be killed and learned not to negotiate, or that are starting from a point where they want a conflict.

Funny, they sure don't seem to be using them to respond to attacks from UAE, SA, and the US?
If they have all of this capability, it seems they would be putting it to use.

This is very unlikely.
Either someone in Congress leaked this or they are lying/misrepresenting what was reported to them.

Why not work with the Israelis to bomb them a few more times to make it look like we've really done something, negotiate the best deal we can, and then just walk away from the situation?
