Cultural ebb and flow.
It will shift back and forth until societal collapse

Funny how the most advanced societies throughout human history all enslaved those they thought inferior. Progressives are the same just not with whips and chains now it’s monetary dependence on the State. They are no less controlled now than in previous forms of slavery
This is so on point the sfp is not gonna touch it with a 10’ pole.
To the original question….it was stated perfectly earlier in the thread….I will not give my money to people that hate me.
As you were…

Moving to a more advanced, liberal society is why slavery became outlawed.
Yeah right. LBJ's "great society " a liberal concept, has enslaved more people than the pre civil war south could have ever dreamed of.

The Sound of Freedom was the best movie I've seen in recent years. Hollywood did not want us to see it. That tells me all I need to know.

I didn't respond because of how non-responsive it was.

Sure, it’s silly. The Oscars are not considered the most prestigious award in movies.
But what’s not silly is thinking Hollywood is now shifting right. Got it.

The “free market” is bullshite. Some popcorn flicks will keep the politics down, but the Disneys, Netflix, Apple, etc that make up a chunk of the entertainment monopolies will keep their foot on the pedal, regardless of how much they lose.

As you say, they are a big deal for lay people maybe (they are tuning out the Oscars, too, these days).

The trend is starting. They can't keep losing money.

This is just silly.
Disney does not have infinite money. They can't keep losing hundreds of millions every year. Deadpool 3 is going to make them face reality.
Apple has already said they're reigning in spending (although I don't know how woke their content product even is).

I think someone also told Nelson Mandela "be careful what you wish for".

Marx condemned capitalism as a system that alienates the masses. His reasoning was as follows: although workers produce things for the market, market forces, not workers, control things. People are required to work for capitalists who have full control over the means of production and maintain power in the workplace.
shut up pinhead. come on man. what happened to you?

I'm one of the few free market capitalists left on this board, brother.
I am hated because of my opposition to Trump's Marxist economic policies.

And, the liberals want to put conservatives in chains and in prison...like slaves. Fck them and fck Hollywood.

Again, what?
I can't make it more clear. The free market population on here has shifted to Trump's Marxist economic politics (supporting welfare, redistribution, etc.)
Tariffs, promoting inefficient manufacturing, SS, Medicare, etc. I can pull up his platform if you'd like.
