I am reading the lawsuit as we speak. Wow! What a piece of shite he is. It says he failed to implement even elementary corporate formalities. Misuse of charitable funds for personal and political use.
This is just another example of how much of a fraud he is. But I can't wait to see all the people on this board who will still take up for him. That is the entertaining part.

Self dealing isn't a crime. It's penalty is an excise tax. Perhaps you could post a link so I can pick this apart "charge by charge". You have no clue what you are talking about. The IRS has less stringent rules than NY. Do you know the exceptions to self dealing? How much do you want to bet this is a big nothingburger?!
