nothing new here, we all knew the Trump' family was scum.
election violations, self dealing, essentially writing checks to themselves, board members include Ivanka, Eric, Don Jr. and Donald J.
3 million in fines, dissolution of the charity foundation, forbidden from running or having a charity in New York for 10 years, referrals to both the IRS and Federal election commission.

You do realize people can sue and prosecutors can charge people with anything. Doesn't make it true. As an example see Mueller.

BTW the timing of this coinciding with the IG Report does not go unnoticed here because it screams politically motivated charges.
