I want to apply for a CDL and when they ask my name tell them it's "frick the Police" just to see if they'll issue me one.

I don't think federal law requires more than one name.
I recall reading that Cher had just one name on all her legal documents and while it was problematic in databases that can't have null values, it was a legal name.
