Maybe, maybe not. It's hard to tell in a scrum of people. I doubt very seriously any ICE officers will be charged.

That's not really the point, though. The guy is dead. Arguing over legal gray areas won't bring him back.

The guy made a stupid decision of epic proportions, and died for it. Others are making that same stupid decision today.

But I'm glad you are trying to win legal arguments on the internet.

Why am I not surprised the whole of the PT board is playing mental gymnastics to ensure there is ZERO fault placed at the feet of anyone but the guy that got killed.

Why are you claiming he was murdered or unlawfully killed when you have no idea if that was the case?

this guy was a radicalized domestic terrorist who went looking for what he got.

you'd be better off going back to Goode or moving forward to a more sympathetic figure to try to score your weak political points with.

This is going to get worse before it gets better.

This guy is not your poster child.

I hear people shouting "Stop! Stop!" when the officers grab him... But no one shouted "Stop! Stop!" when he was kicking the officer's vehicle and breaking the taillight.

No…it is called a statement of fact.

This isn’t true. There’s multiple people in the thread who admit that he could’ve possibly been the victim of a mistake.

But no one on the left wants to admit that there’s a causative chain that includes this fricking moron’s actions. And that has, at the very least, moral implications for how we judge the totality of the situation.

So it is completely due to what you deem as stupid decisions made by the guy? Nothing the DHS agents did was stupid?

Only that did not happen.

But by all means, keep lying.

With each post, your inner goose-stepper comes to the fore.

I think it very likely was the product of a mistake by the officers, probably a collective mistake, and probably one that shouldn't see charges brought.

But dude who claimed he was executed in the street accuses us of contorting ourselves.

It’s ok to overstate your case or just lie as long as your cause is just. And if we can make the United States browner, that is a just cause.

You compared this guy looking for a fight with armed federal agents to the people who were minding their own business before getting murdered by illegals.

The only reason you're still in this thread is because you are too stupid to feel shame.

False.
1.) I believe the Democrat politicians that are telling people to "rise up" and "put their bodies on the line" hold responsibility.
2.) I believe the media that is pushing the propaganda that it is a noble cause to resist ICE agents doing their job also hold responsibility.
3.) I also believe the protesters are egging each other on and pushing each other to go "further". They hold responsibility as well.

No, I think what people are doing is showing you who this person really is because we already kind of know

But the media likes to paint a different picture for you

Shows up with a gun is filming gets in an altercation

Now we learned two times in one week broken rib

And this is just simply a small sample of what he’s capable of doing

Now that he was probably doing quite a bit of this

In other words, yes, he fits the model of a crazy leftist

That’s why his own father was worried about what could happen taking a gun into a volatile situation

Based on what I’ve seen, I would be having some sleepless nights if I had pulled the trigger.

But I don’t play in traffic because I’m risk averse. I also don’t skydive or ride local carnival rides. Pretti decided to run with the bulls.

Not many are saying he deserved to die.
Christopher Reeve didn't deserve to be paralyzed from the neck down after a horse-riding accident at an equestrian competition. Keith Moon, Janis Joplin, and Jimi Hendrix didn't deserve to die from drug ODs. James Dean and Jayne Mansfield didn't deserve to die in car accidents. Sonny Bono and Michael Kennedy didn't deserve to die in ski accidents. Audrey Hepburn and George Harrison didn't deserve to die of cancer.

You say "not many are saying he deserved to die."
Who here is saying Pretti "deserved" to die?
