I wonder who he is and actual position. If he is a Sheriff then that would be most concerning.
ETA - I enhanced on his shirt and I can see it says "Chief" but can't get the last name other than starts with an 'M'.

Thought governors couldn’t do this because of the law? I don’t agree with this and I get blasted when I say Texas should absolutely declare a public health emergency to deal with illegal migrants.
