The “cc” on that letter tells you all you need to know. Also, Katz put that on there with full knowledge of its effect. Get ready for 5 more days of stories in the media about Ford ala today’s sympathetic piece in the Washington Post. By the time she testifies, she’ll be an icon that shall be the font of truth.

Fox is told that even those on the GOP side who want to hear from Ford don’t want to push this beyond Wednesday or Thursday. Fox is also told that McConnell is reluctant to let this drag on.

Why can’t we move on from this and get the vote over with? Normal people can see this is a false allegation with pathetic motives behind it. The idiots that are supporting this most likely don’t believe it either. Additionally republicans need to realize that compromising and giving into these idiots doesn’t change the fact democrats will continue to make false allegations and try to undermine real progress and a just and fair system.

The first question that I had about this whole thing was/is: What did she expect to come out of this with writing this letter?

If the woman wants an investigation, the local PD was the place to go.
