The concern here is that Perkins Coie is the firm that has represented Hillary Clinton and the Democrat Party for years. Although this was a long time ago, it still is noteworthy that there is also this connection. Perkins Coie is currently working with other firms in Arizona in their attempts to stop this audit in Maricopa County:

Can we please put more resources on this audit and get it done to beat any adversarial judicial proclamations?

Shouldn't this judge have to recuse himself too? Conflict of interest.

Democrats don’t play by the same rules. They just don’t have any rules.

I heard the audit will continue for 10 days without interruption until the dims file their briefs for their bs lawsuit before the court.

We are going to lose so much our heads will spin. We’ll write to our newly elected Democrat congresswoman and say “please, woke congresswoman - can you let me just win on this one little thing? I literally have not won since 2016.”
And that Democrat congresswoman will laugh and call us racists and rename our high school from Thomas Jefferson to Cesar Chavez and then she will raise our local taxes to fund homeless needle programs.

Why on earth would the left want to stop an audit of a perfectly legit election

Arizona went to fricking Bush and Romney.
There’s no way it went to a dumbfrick bumbling Mr. Magoo.

Name the last time that a democrat recused themselves. I honestly cant think of one time.

Every day, a million people are pulled for jury duty and asked "Do you think despite your previous history, that you can come to a fair assessment?" and answer "Yes, I can", knowing full well that answering anything short will result in disqualification.
Can the side that actually performs justly get some judges who won't back down from a 'moral' challenge?

The Founding partner of Brown & Bain died in 2000. Perkins Coie took them over in 2004.

Just a reminder that Marc Elias was involved in the questionable election procedure changes in Georgia:
TGP
We all know by now that Elias ordered the Steele Dossier, right?
quote:
We’ve uncovered a second secret agreement between corrupt Georgia election officials and the Democratic Party machine. This agreement is also illegitimate and its purpose too was to steal the election.
We previously reported about the corrupt actions which Georgia’s Chief Elections Official, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger took to help steal the 2020 Georgia election for the Democrats. That involved a secret March 6, 2020 “Consent Agreement” to alter absentee ballot procedures, between Republican Raffensperger and his State Election Board as defendants against the Democratic Party.
But then we found another election law complaint, this one filed by Stacey Abrams’ nonprofit, the “New Georgia Project,” (NGP) filed on May 8, 2020. (See full agreement here or here.) Hillary attorney Marc Elias of Perkins Coie was behind this agreement as well.

This should be easy. He needs to go...period.

Someone needs to find out how this decision was made

In what world is an audit a bad thing?
Shouldn't our government want it's citizens to have full faith in our election process?
