I guess at least you added a little substance to the “word salad” fallback this time. So kudos for that.
But yes, the Republican candidate in that race is certainly my “preferred” candidate despite the fact that I don’t live/vote there. Because yes, IMO, regardless whether you like or dislike the Republican candidate, for whatever the reason(s), it can very much get worse. Much, much worse.

Look at those numbers in TX-09 carefully, and make a more informed conclusion as to what they mean. TX-09 is one of the most Republican districts in the Greater Houston area; Trump carried the district by 20 points in '24! The fact that Paxton leads by just 1 in the district looks like curtains for a statewide campaign. Abbott is in serious trouble as well.
