My opinion is that she get used to reality. There is existing law that is totally not connected to your wished or dreams. The law of the land trumps whatever silliness that you approve of.

Being the AD at a place like LSU is a political minefield. Give the boosters what they want can be a huge positive or a huge, career ending negative.
He would be a perfect fit for a low class, delusional fanbase with the desire to win. He is our spirit animal. Live with it.

Woodward just built a nice house on the LSU lakes and he is not a young man (61?). I think he is home forever. And this disaster is not 100% his to own. The boosters said “go get the best available” and he did exactly that.

Woodward went into 2 programs that are notoriously led by boosters. He got them what they demanded: The best coach available. It’s not all on Woodward…

What I think makes sense: Keep Woody. He loves LSU. Build a 5 man committee to approve coaching hires (3 LSU appointed and 2 booster appointed).

If possible, this is the moment to redefine what a school should pay for a head coach. Less guarantees and more incentives.

Woodward is LSU every day all day and deserves to be here. Kelly was the best available at the time and he got him with the approval of the boosters. The end.
