Need help converting the GF

I'm a couple drinks in, and not sure I'm getting my message across.
I was talking about the media censorship of information beneficial to the right, and her reply was that people don't have a right to say things that may be harmful to other people. I was on the freedom of speach for a while, but once again, not sure I can intelligently and effectively get my point across at this stage. Thanks in advance.

Anyone who doesn’t notice media censorship and bias at this stage is too far gone. You’re gonna have to go straight for the horse sized red pills. The below documentary is one of the most effective starter red pill vids I’ve seen

What the frick, does she think Freedom of speech means? It exists strictly to protect unpopular( hard truth) speech. Popular speech( words that don't hurt feelings) needs no protection.

Freedom of speech reigns. Bad speech can be defeated by good speech if given a level playing field. The only option beyond that is have someone (good or evil) curate your information. That's BS. Let her know that if you get married you'll curate what she can read and watch. It's the same damn thing, just put in a more personal and obviously offensive light. Naive liberals trust the institutions they built to tell the truth, when their sole purpose is to bend the truth to keep power.
