Anyone else hearing that national guard is being activated en masse and we go on lockdown for at least a week?

The National Guard is being activated and already has been to some extent.
No credible evidence about a lockdown yet, and my NG neighbor said they are being activated to set up quarantine areas at some state parks, provide food and medicines, etc

Not saying it is true.....
But I do dialysis on Tues, Thursday and Saturdays and today they handed us a letter to put in our car.
The letter basically said To whom it may concern this person is a dialysis patient and has reason to be able to access his vehicle and the roads.
If you have any questions and then there was an 800 number to call.
