What I find interesting is that this is such an obviously bad hit job, most people that reads this begin to fall into the camp of the Epstein conspiracy stuff is a democrat stunt.
We are falling into the boy who called wolf logic at this point. If the article had anything concrete, this would be something to run with and leverage the release of the Epstein files against Trump, but it is so bad that they are getting the opposite results.
Look how many people are now just openly mocking the Dems and the WSJ online and on the various news platforms. This has moved a “hot button” issue from something that was building momentum on the fringes to something that more and more people are beginning to agree with Trump that this is a Democratic op. So now Trump will use the absurdity of this article to just hammer that he was “right” and the Dems are trying to push this false narrative and regardless of what level of other information leaks anonymously from unnamed forces it will get dismissed.
If you are going to try and run a psyop hit piece it has to be believable and make tangible sense to work in the new media environment. This is so bad that all it is doing is having the opposite of the intended results and killing what was a “hot” topic from the Dem media.

Why did the Washington Post libel the Sandman kid and deliberately endanger his life when they had a fricking video showing their story to be a lie? Why did dozens. If not hundreds, of other media outlets pick up that same story while knowing with full certainty that it was a lie?
