I believe it's the second and you should learn and understand freedom. Don't tell a business what to do.
This is fine in theory and sounds great in a vacuum, but the problem is that govt picks and chooses what rules private businesses are allowed to choose from. Can they allow smoking as they see fit? They really aren't free to make their own rules, just the ones govt says is ok. Therefore, conservatives are still allowed to complain about the picking and choosing.

As to what others choose to do, that decision belongs to them and no one else. I’ll never demand or try to convince anyone to get or not get the shot…that’s for them to decide.

I’m not a lib and it’s good you agree about the private business thing. Nothing about requiring a vax violates the constitution so you should be fine with it.
And yes you can still get it and spread it or he’ll even possibly die with it but the vax considerably lowers the chances or any of those. Do you not do something because it’s not 100% guaranteed? That’s lunacy
