Can someone update the betting odds?

60,000 votes with only 32% left is a huge number in a state like Alabama.

has a candidate ever won down over 8 points with almost 70% reporting

So one party has a candidate that they were not enthusiastic about, and the other one did. Where does that sound familiar?
Were dems really that enthusiastic about Doug Jones though?
How excited were they about him before the WaPo Roy Moore story dropped?

What a joke that Moore is going to win

NYT website says “The more we know, the narrower our range will be.” No shite

I don't know what to think anymore.
Moore is overperforming Baldwin, which he had to do.

Welp...all that's left are Birmingham, Mobile and Huntsville. So be prepared to see Jones start climbing.
Lets see if the 60k vote spread was enough.
Moore may be saved by the 50 precincts he has left in Baldwin and Shelby but dunno.

If it gets to 72% in and Moore has a 60k lead, it’s over much to rpg37 chagrin.

We're about to see another jump...

I’ve never seen a race with this kind of distance where the guy losing by 7.5 is expected to win with 65% reporting
Then you've never watched the returns from Virginia as they come in on election night. GOP always has a big lead for much of the night...then suburban DC comes in at the end.
Look at Jones's margin in the big cities and how many votes are still out in those cities. Not an all unrealistic that he comes back and wins.

This feels like trying to run out the clock with the lead in the 4th quarter when the other team is playing better and has all the momentum... You just want it over.

Lot's of deaf and blind people in Talladega county.
