All of the WEF companies are the enemy and you should avoid them whenever possible. Yuengling Lite is better than Bud Light and Coors and equal to Miller Lite. Go with that.

Wanna know a fun fact?

Yuengling is run by the 4 daughters of the current CEO, and they are absolutely a pleasure to speak with. They could all be flaming liberals or right wing but I wouldn't know it because they speak about their business, not politics. They speak about their love of their beer, not trannies.

I will forever buy Yuengling because it's a great beer, and I'm supporting an American icon, run by 4 women.

Take that, commie bastards at AB and Miller.

This is what that guy claims. No idea if it has any truth, haven't looked it up.

It “was” true but the Feds made InBev sell off MillerCoors and have nothing to do with distributing or brewing those beers as part of approving the merger with SABMiller.

Well, I remember seeing that ad posted several months ago. So it’s not new

Ah, that makes sense from a timing standpoint. However, it's still a pretty dumb campaign.

Whelp, it looks like I’m drinking Red Stripe and Guinness. Not owned by AB.

If the owners of these beverages are woke assholes, please don’t tell me. I’m all out of boycott-give-a-frick.

Beer drinkers like good tasting beer and titties. Looks like Miller offers neither.

Can someone fact check the claims about women being the original brewers?

(I’m picturing a medieval St. Pauli Girl mashing some hops)

I think someone said that guy had asked ChatGPT and it gave him the wrong answer.

This goes to show you the limitations of muh AI. All it's doing is stringing together words that it observed people on the internet stringing together. It doesn't "know" a damned thing, and it's not going to take anyone's job or usher in some Terminator-style apocalypse.

ChatGPT is to AI as the Viewmaster is to clarivoyance.

Well, it said that they were "among" the very first to brew beer. They make up half the people, so......

It's such an ambiguous claim that it's pointless.

Men like beer. Men like bewbs. Natural paring.

Trashing the bewbs beer posters for virtue signaling seems awful risky. Women don’t drink nearly as much beer as men.

Pretty sure brewing was the job of women at home in the Medieval period. It's a silly campaign, though.

Yuengling became very popular among the hipsters in East Atlanta about ten years ago.

That’s completely changed now. None of them are drinking it now. It’s been deemed too patriotic and Americana.

Ah yes. As we all know, men love pairing their beer with a lecture about something they did 20 years ago

The ad is a bit disingenuous at best. In ancient Mesopotamia, women did make up majority of brewers but that is just one location. The origin of Beer can be traced all over Europe and Asia for many thousands of years.

It strikes as more of trying to glorify women's role than actual reality.

I always felt it was less about politics and more about trying to be the person drinking something different. Craft beer drinkers most certainly subscribed to thar for a time. Look at how people dan around looking for Ghost just to say they had it. It's fricking beer. I had a conversation with Jim Koch and he was dead on about it being a challenge for him because Sam Adams wasn't something new to have in your hand.

Oh. They think women invented beer. So does Miller have the definition of what a woman is on hand? I'm sure we'd all like to see it. I know this is all for the E(S)G score, but they are going to be solely relying on that line of credit going forward.

PBR became en vogue a couple years ago.

For years that was the reserve of old white men. Very uncool.

Johnny Russell summed it up perfectly: “Red necks, white socks, and blue ribbon beer”
