I'm open to the idea that they devolved the government during the Biden administration, but that guy turned me off awhile back by trying to claim ownership of the entire devolution theory. He hit the paytriot ground running. The truth of it is that there were a lot of people beating that drum from the moment we heard Trump had ordered the government to review and present to him CoG plans in the lead up to the 2020 election. Long before anyone had ever heard of this guy.

If this conservative basement dweller fanfic happened, the military would not be a monolith. It will sort out into roughly equivalently forces and be a bloody civil war.
I think it is more likely that the military would signal to the GOP to stand down and if they didn't we'd end up with some sort of Porfirio Diaz type military dictator with a collection of technocrats (Científicos) running the offices of government.
If American democracy cannot make results that allows the consensus, blob, deep state, whatever the hell you like to call it run this country and facilitate global economics through the US financial system then it will end the democratic part of the equation and just enforce consensus liberalism on the nation.

I think Clandestine is giving world governments/leaders too much credit. We and other countries are run by a bunch of idiots. If they could get out of the way and let capitalism really work the world would be much more prosperous and peaceful.
