By the time of the Revolutionary War, America had been a British colony for almost 170 years. What gave them the right to colonize America? That has been the way of the world, no? They did it with superior force, advanced weapons, germs, trades and treaties. etc. And that is not unique to England or America. The Indian nations here before us fought one another and conquered one another long before we got here. And the political boundaries of pretty much every country in the world were drawn and redrawn though armed conflict.

You mentioned slavery, women and gays not having rights, internment camps, etc all being legal at one time in America. This is true, But again, none of that was unique to America. Generally, America was on the leading edge in terms of eradicating slavery, granting full rights to women, recognizing gays, etc. I would suggest that your indignation would be better focused on nations where slavery exists right now, most of which are in Africa, India, China, etc. And if you are upset about women's and gays issues, focus your outrage at Islamic countries, not Western nations like America.

Generally speaking, I'm for lower taxes for everyone. The govt should get the least amount of taxes necessary to protect our nation and maintain our nation's infrastructure. I keep hearing about billionaires getting tax cuts in the BBB. Fwiw, there are no tax cuts in the BBB that specifically apply only to billionaires. The tax cuts are for everyone. From factually.com:

As supa said, that guy begs to be let back after getting banned and goes right back into his act. Hopefully it’s a permaban this time.

I try not to respond to him and just tell others to ignore him generally, but I even told him early on this wasn’t the thread for his bullshite … he fricked around and found out.
