I couldn’t listen to all that. They are dirty thieves and proud of it. Disgusting.

As long as people are thinking it's happening in (read: it's only going to happen in) large urban centers like NYC, these lugnuts are going to gain ground. By the time enough people wake up, it may be too late.

It's an entire lost generation. I can't wait until the generation that my kids are grows up and starts manhandling these cry babies.

My brain can't comprehend their mindset. Do they think landlords should buy buildings and let people live there for free?

Apparently they do. They do not think corporations should make profits, or that anyone who has made investments financially, physically, and emotionally should benefit. You should take all of that risk and investment and just give it away. Never mind that most of these people do give back to the communities; it’s not enough if you do not give everything you have to the community, and the community is the one who decides if you given have enough. That’s how these people think. Because they believe that the only way you succeed is by some unethical means, and others don’t because of your success.

NYC has been here before. It's just out in the open now.

Unfortunately, a lot of the resistance to these leftist fools has already moved out seeking a sane place to live.

It's not that hard to save up money, buy an old house and fix it up over time. But these people NEVER do that. They want a brand new house in the middle of a popular city for whatever price they can comfortably afford at that moment.

i wonder how long it will be before some wealthy landlord decides to say “frick it, you assholes arent worth the trouble, i’m signing the deed to this building over to your tenant union and abdicating all responsibility for any expenses for its upkeep - good luck”

now the aftermath of THAT would be entertaining to watch
