Video of him running off the building after the shot. Photos of him on campus. Was identified by his parents with the photos. They turned him in.
There was also a former co worker who thought that looked like Tyler and called up to his work but Tyler didn’t show that day.
DNA was also on the rifle.
He’s going to jail for the murder of Kirk.

See that’s the thing, it’s Candace who does that shite. And now she is harassing Charlie’s family and friends. But she wants to play the victim that it’s everyone against her.

It also must be noted that he didn't seem too concerned about his circumstances when he was in court yesterday. The kid was all smiles while his mother was balling her eyes out.

"They" do not want the conspiracies to stop. Do you think that video just starts when that fellow is running on the roof? I do normally like listening to Matt and Michael but neither are independent thinkers voicing their own opinions on that platform. Just watch who publicly attempts to debunk the latest electrocution theory in the next few days. It has already started. Evil is not left or right - Evil is up or down. Everyone gets to choose.

What?? I would like to think if there is video of someone taking a shot, we would get to see it. Wouldn't want to jeopardize the suspects defense, right? If there was evidence to fit "their" narrative, they would share it.

Just because somebody doesn't buy the official narrative that was laid out in the first 3 days, doesn't make someone a conspiracy theorist. They just want the evidence and want things cleared up. So much of this is not cleared up and the evidence of ballistics doesn't add up being at the top of the list.
A 30-06 is not going to stop when traveling thru 6-7" of soft flesh. The only way this could happen with that round would be a very light load and a very very frangible bullet.
If that is the case it took practice or a lot of knowledge to do it. So why go thru that trouble of coming up with a load and buying frangible bullets?
You wouldn't. You would use the round you are familiar with and if that is a hunting round or FMJ, that bullet wouldn't have stopped in his neck. That is ridiculous.
