Maybe that's because they have video of the guy before and after the shooting, DNA, social media messages between him and his "lover," and that's just the 5% of the evidence that has been released to the public.
95% of what they've got won't come out until the trial.
Not to mention the fact that if the guy was set up (which he would have to have been with the mountain of evidence that we already know they have against him), it seems like he'd be saying that. LHO was claiming to be a patsy immediately after having been arrested. Why isn't this guy?
But hey! Your ballistics expertise says that "there is no way Kirk was shot with a 30 06," so frick...that has to prove they're lying. And by "they're," I mean everyone...including the guy who is sitting in jail awaiting trial and facing the DP for the crime.

And IF you claim you've listened/watched......tell us the first few points, questions Candace mentions & the support documents, photos, dates she clearly divulges in her podcast!?!?
I won't wait, because you are a Pavlov's Dog Idiot and Nothing you say matters. But one way or the other......you will out yourself bigly by being unable to answer my simple questions regarding the topics/questions Candace focuses on (covered in first 20 minutes of "Bride of Charlie"), and thus clearly display to others on TD who/what you are.

So just because you perceive her as weird means people should attack her and imply she is a sleeper agent who killed Charlie and it all began all the way back to her grandmother, who used to have illegal poker machines in a back room. Yes, Candace really did bring up the grandmother, so that isn't me being hyperbolic.

Even if that's true though, comparing people to the mean is pointless. Everyone is "weird" in their own way. No one behaves the way we expect all the time. Judging people based on a few snapshots, especially during traumatic moments, is wrong.
I've done plenty of things during my lowest moments that wouldn't make sense and might not even make sense to me. Fishing after a pretty rough funeral, going to the movies after getting some devastating news... I would never judge someone for acting differently than I think I would act. Because I don't know how I would act in her situation and I'd rather be empathetic than judgmental.
There isn't a single person on Earth who actually believes Erika is at all responsible for Charlie's death. They're just having fun speculating and creating theories like little kids, without any regard for the damage they might be doing.
