It's clearly not lawfare when the FBI and DOJ is focused on politicians because they are actually committing crime and fraud... Lawfare is when they are working in cahoots with a cabal of political establishment elites who are making up crimes, and criminally creating false "evidence," in an effort to destroy a political enemy who never broke the law but because he is a threat to their power.
It's not difficult to understand the difference if you care to think about it honestly for 10 seconds.

When actions resulting from the lawfare are far in excess of what they would be if it were not a political attack.
Omar has had a long history of various issues, from her possibly lying on her immigration papers to questionable income.
If this is in relation to her having lied on her immigration documents to the point where it means she's here illegally, it also means she cannot legally hold Congressional office and as such could be considered a security threat depending on what information she's had access to. IF that's the case, then raid on her home is likely the last step as she's a far left liberal and the home is in the DC area (meaning a strong burden of proof had to already have been met to get the warrant in the first place).
