This will give enforcement mechanisms, though. The DOJ is going to get hammered in court. The suits will be brought in D.C...not a very Trump-friendly venue.
I suspect the voting will go like Epstein Files Transparency Act I. It will be interesting to see if Trump doesn't cave this time. I think his veto would be overriden.
