You have become a bad faith poster. You ask what you think is a gotcha question. When provided with an answer that doesn't fit your accusation you just insult who ever answered your question.
Massie never said he had "all the names." How could he? There are STILL 3 million files that haven't been released. Even the "unredacted" files contain redactions that existed whenever they went into the files.
He said he would release names that alleged victims told him...when those women wanted them released. He wanted to see if DOJ would act.
On September 1, Massie had seen enough and listed 14 men that he still thought needed investigation. 3 or 4 of the names were new.
Massie doesn't have the power to prosecute.

There are all sorts of allegations of crimes...including murder on Epstein's Zorro Ranch in New Mexico.
So…no evidence, just allegations. But you are fine with Guilty until proven Innocent theater. Got it.

He can go review them. You admitted it. Just said it was inconvenient. Massie is so bothered by this that he can’t be inconvenienced enough to go review the documents. Is that your defense of his failure to do what he promised?

Oh Hank. You would know about bad faith posting.

What a ridiculous statement. The allegation is that the DOJ is hindering the State of New Mexico in its investigation of POSSIBLE crimes.
There might be ZERO crimes that were committed. The questions are
-has DOJ fully investigated?
-why isn't DOJ helping New Mexico investigate?

When did he say that? Is there a link?
I’m curious.
But…
If he said that and lied that must be bad. That means lying is bad. I think I’m tracking with you.

You have become unhinged.
There are 3 million files that have been produced so far. In contravention of the law, redaction logs haven't been produced. Staffers can't view the unredacted portions. The "reading room" is only available to members at certain times. It would probably take Massie a year if nonstop work (24/7) to go through all of the files and track down all the redactions.
Ultimately, this will end up in the hands of a special master who will oversee production of the Epstein Files.

He has access to the files. Why doesn’t he just do what he said?

How long has Massie been in Congress? If he can’t be bothered to review the documents himself, that should tell you something. You’re falling for his grift.

Typical liberal projection.

Maybe we can finally get this done and over with.
My criticism is the failure of EFTA II to appoint a special master empowered to review and enforce DOJ's compliance.
Ultimately, one of the DC judges is going to order that as a result of litigation...maybe even in Katie Phang's current lawsuit.

The quote where he said he would read all the names is in that interview?

What have I ever posted that makes you think I am a liberal?
Likes all of MAGA, I thought Trump would release all of the Epstein files. In addition to maybe exposing Pedos, we thought the Files might expose portions of the Deep State...especially the Clintons and Bill Gates.
Maybe the Files are mostly a nothing burger. Who knows. Just release them all. That's not a liberal position. It used to be a bedrock MAGA position.

Yep. Now they are trying to deny that he said he would release the names and excuse him not going to look at the files. His grift is working on them.

Disappointed in the clapping seal tactics. You are smarter than that.
The tactic of asking a question that you know can only be answered by one person is just so odd to me.
What’s the purpose in asking if the person asked has no ability to answer? Several of the most ardent here do that but they are just a little different than you.

I don't care about this stuff. I'd much prefer the victims lay out on a list who messed with them.
