Some of you.

I have no idea if squirrel is kidding around or not, but I wouldn’t call gnostic or dualistic beliefs evil.

If sin is evil and teaching against the biblical God and Jesus as God and Savior is sin, then what he is doing is evil.

Yep, the beast has arrived. No one is talking about this. Welcome to Digital Currency in June or July. An intro to inserting chips in humans. You will do your banking, and pay for your doctor visits with a swipe of your hand under a scanner. All your medical records are dumped on that chip. Prolly expand to include your......(wait for it)......social score. You will drive an EV and like it, or else peddle or walk to work. Lurch (aka John Kerry) is positively giddy

Eventually, if you refuse to get chipped, they will deny you everything. If you die because of it, they will treat your death as a population control sacrifice for the survival of Mother Earth.

The Mark of the Beast.

If Adam didn't commit sin on that day he would be immortal in a way. He could still die just not from aging.

That event destroyed the potential of the human race.

Rather than personal attacks, why don’t you address the subject matter. God said Adam would die that day if he ate that fruit. He then lived 900 years. That’s what the plain text says. God lied, plain and simple. The serpent told the truth. If you read the plain text you’ll see that. If you do mental gymnastics and make up stuff in your head like the other idiot, you can fool yourself into believing anything.

Let's go with something simple.

"A coward dies a thousand times before his death, but the valiant taste of death but once."

Was Shakespeare *lying* here, because cowards do not literally die 1,000 times?

They could just put a scannable chip in each person's arm at Birth to keep track of everybody. It really wouldn't be a bad idea. Doesn't mean it's the so-called mark of the beast it's just using technology efficiently and effectively.

Bible says that people who's name is in the book of life will not take the mark of the beast. We may have a digital currency but People will have to denounce Jesus or swear allegiance to Satan or something. Bible also say antichrist will go in the Temple of God and declare he is God. So I think antichrist is a jew. Probably a kazarian.

There is only one God. He has many names/titles in the Bible.

They were two separate deities historically at one point, however (and in some verses in the Bible too).

The Bible reveals one God. What other pagan nations did to pervert the knowledge of that one God is irrelevant to the truth.

Oh no! You better repent, pal!

Most on this board are ignorant, or willfully stupid on this subject. Their mind can’t make sense of Deuteronomy 32:8-9 when EL gives YHWH his inheritance to be the god of Israel. They can read in exodus about YHWH being jealous of other gods and judging the gods of Egypt. They can read Psalm 82 and Psalm 89 and positively deny the existence of other gods even as they acknowledge the “divinely inspired truth”

The nuts here will say that in Isaiah 45:5 YHWH says he is there is no Elohim beside him! “I am the LORD, and there is no other,
beside me there is no God.”

Sure, and in Zephaniah 2:15 Nineveh is the only city. “This is the city of revelry that lived in safety. She said to herself, “I am the one! And there is none beside me.”

Nineveh wasn’t the only city, and YHWH wasn’t the only god. The Hebrew text means that there is no god and no city, respectively, on the side of them. It means no others are on their level (of glory).

Mo, my one of my favorite stories is 2 Kings chapter 3. Jehoram, pissed that Moab won’t pay their “protection” fee (think the Saviors from Walking Dead, or the Italian Mafia) of goats and sheep, attacks Moab. Israel, Judah, and Edom laid siege to Moab, and YHWH was with the army and Elisha the prophet promised victory, but just before defeat, King Mesha of Moab sacrificed his son as a burnt offering. Then there was divine fury/indignation against the army, and they fled. The sacrifice was effective. No which bloodthirsty god accepted the sacrifice? No, it wasn’t YHWH this time, it was Chemosh, god of Moab. That sacrifice gave Chemosh more strength to overpower and defeat YHWH Saboath - the lord of armies. They didn’t teach that in catechism. I actually had to read the Bible to find that out.

I do sympathize with the gnostics and Marcionites. Even if they were real, there’s no possible way that YHWH is Jesus, or that YHWH is Jesus’ father. Jesus says he does what he father does, and I don’t remember him murdering people left and right in the gospels. Jesus breaks YHWH “law” many times. The character of YHWH is that of a very bloodthirsty evil creature.

EL Elyon actually seems like a nice guy. Every time someone meets EL Shaddai, they are blessed with children and crops. She seems like a very nice goddess. In the text, YHWH lies and claims to have been El Elyon annd El Shaddai all along, but obviously it’s a lie. This is one example of YHWH’s jealousy that he admits to in Exodus. He’s a jealous god, and he doesn’t want his people that he inherited worshipping any other god but him.

I’ve been through this several times with you. You are intellectually dishonest for continuing to spread these lies. You refuse to own up to your abuse of the Scriptures.

I’m not saying we aren’t “near the end,” and my Biblical eschatology puts us in the end times. But I’m pretty sure people thought the end was near with Nero and Domitian.
