Elias is the best election rigger the Democratic Socialist have on retainer, he's not to be underestimated. Elias was the lead lawyer that went to the various swing states in 2020 to get mass mail in voting and drop box voting via state court rulings, completely bypassed the state's legislature.

Dems don't follow laws.
The break them then deal with the consequences later. Like what they did in Pennsylvania breaking the law by counting ballots that came in after the deadline.

The problem is security. It would prevent so many from voting due to the time it would take for POTUS Trump, his family and security detail to secure the precinct and let them vote.
After all, we want as many people with American citizen status as we can to be able to vote in person, right?

The executive order is about States intentionally ignoring illegal ballots.
There is also a lawsuit about this (I have no clue if the lawsuit us pending or adjuticated).
If a ballot is illegal, does the vote count?
