There are plenty that also don’t pay their fair share”fair share” because they don’t pay anything.

Funny thing - the whole point is to make everyone equal, but the communist leaders still live in big houses and never miss a meal while the community grocery shelves are empty. I thought the whole point was to be free from the rulership of Kings ?

A few things:
Hubba, great example, unfortunately that is exactly the target of this tax.
Second, its death by a 1000 cuts, you take a 150grand hit on taxes, or A BIG haircut and sell it, cause any buyer is gonna factor in the tax implications, as well as potential future tax implications.
Three, you know this is the first step, they will come right back in a year or two and raise the rate AND go after homes in the next level down.
Four, they have 10s of billions in medicare fraud but dont investigate. But you can bet your arse they will have a whole team hunting down rich Jews to prove its a residence and not a business.
