Louisiana always looks bad in this situation because Louisiana does not have the privilege of taxing the O&G that comes onshore to Louisiana like the federal government does. If that was included in the equation then Louisiana would pay more in federal taxes than they receive.

It will fail. Even if she follows through, and the Feds let her, once aid is cut off she will begin hearing from her citizenry. The stupid part is if you did a poll of Maine 70+ % would be against boys in girls sports. It’s 79% nation wide.
