Actually could be reverse psychology and a step to doing a way with federal income taxes. Get the Dem states to lead the charge and make it so for the rest of the US

Suppose you own a business in Maine. Are you going to go along with your Governor and not withhold or pay the federal taxes (and FICA) for your employees? That would be crazy.

Is there any proof of this outside of your screenshot? Seeing several things online saying this is completely false.
I wouldn't put it past her, but just curious what actual proof there is she said it.
