Wags, hands down. His vision is to bring Louisiana up to speed with functioning states. To encourage business growth here. He loves the state and wants to see it thrive, not just survive.
I have many friends from LSU who have really been forced to leave the state for jobs. We need to stop paying everyone to go to college here (TOPS) so they can just leave and contribute tax dollars elsewhere.
