Hopefully we move K-12 education to the TOPS model. If the state can pay TOPS funds to both public and private universities in-state, we should do the same follow the student type funding for K-12....

I'm pretty sure the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled their usage in the election was illegal (ruling came down this year I believe) and they are not allowed to be used going forward....
