I tend to not believe stuff like this. So I looked.
The “original” image is his image on Wikipedia.
And MSNBC absolutely aired the doctored version as shown. At least on the video clip I saw on their own YT channel.
This shite angers me.

They glammed Tsarnaev , after he blew the legs off a 17 civilians , and 3 others died.
But TIME darkened the photo of OJ Simpsons, which imo was different, because of the nature of the crime he DID commit.
