Unless our highest levels of politicians live in a different plane of reality and consequence, I don’t see how these cardiac events are not an anomaly, considering the stress they are under.

Cheesy and nonsensical, but good clean fun.

Also throw in the amount of out to eat dinners which are rarely heathy and the booze. This cat did this everyday all day

Good grief.
I’m glad he is gone from the Senate.

Same thing John Ritter died from.
Same pattern. Feeling tired before death. Ritter was tired and went to lie down in his trailer. Graham told Trump that he was tired on the phone call last night.

Isn’t that plaque in the arteries?
Aortic dissection can be precipitated by atherosclerosis, but also by weakening of the arterial wall seen with other disease processes, like Marfan's syndrome. It can also be caused by trauma, like the hard deceleration seen in car accidents. If it happens in the upper part of the aorta near the heart, the dissection in the aortic wall can cut off blood flow to coronary arteries that arise from the proximal aorta, which is almost instantly fatal.

The Jews wouldn’t harm Lindsey. He’s been the golden goy in the Senate for two decades.

My aunt had that happen to her. Somehow she was “lucky” and survived. She was an exception to the rule and the planets were aligned as it happened in a hospital when she was being treated for something else. Three years later she was dead at the age of 81.

In my post about my father’s death, the internist neighbor told me that there could be a genetic disposition to aortic dissection.

Shouldn’t a guy in that position be getting yearly physicals including a CT Angiogram every four or five years? Wouldn’t that catch it?

Maybe they catch an enlarged aorta or something. Even then they may just watch it if it’s not too big and not causing issues.
Catching the actual dissection before it kills you is incredibly lucky, most of them are diagnosed for the first time at autopsy.

There definitely can. Marfan's syndrome, which weakens connective tissue found throughout the body, is one example. Atherosclerosis can also have a genetic predisposition. I'm sure there are others I don't know about. If your father's dissection occurred at a relatively early age, or didn't have an obvious cause, it might be worth looking into genetic testing for yourself or your descendants.

Loomer thinks otherwise. Russia or Iran.
