Lindsay Clancy attorney now going after juror.

So the juror refused to bend. It causes a mistrial, and now the attorney is going after the juror.
Yet another attack on our system. Either agree or be punished.

It says the opposite. That they are not going after him. Some sort of delay. Not that I'm an attorney.

The delay is to allow the juror's attorney time to respond.
Earlier today, both the government and I were contacted by a professional local attorney who represents Juror Doe," Reddington said, not naming Desronvil due to an impoundment order from the court. "That attorney requested — as any qualified counsel would — adequate time to review our motion and reply. As is professional courtesy, both the government and I agreed to continue this specific motion to a later date at their request."

Is anyone else tired of the nonstop coverage of this case? I was able to watch the news for 11 minutes this morning before I heard anything about this case. I think that's some kind of record over the last couple of months.

This is why I never find myself in an argument with a flipping attorney. It's not that they are strong in logic or even argumentation. It's that they will never STFU in the absence of a judge to tell them to stop talking and sit down. They will literally argue until you finally bore of their nonsense and walk away. Then they sit there with their thumb up their butt, smiling like they won something.
