Urban feral humans are gonna feral. Society could put an end to this nonsense with quickness -all it would take is a couple of well publicized examples and a strong loud message of “Enough!” but society has been bamboozled and brow beaten into quietly accepting such behavior. The system has regular society tap-dancing on puppet strings and is laughing about it.

How do people not get this. If you let them off for this then they will just keep doing it or more likely escalate and kill someone. These kids don't have any respect for life or civilized society. You punish them for small things that way they have a chance to recover before they kill someone and have to go away permanently.
