First I must ask you what do you mean when you say, "white"? There are many different flavors of "white" that fall under the overarching label of "Caucasian."

Jesus most assuredly didn't have fair skin and blue eyes. The same goes for depictions of all the apostles.

You realize most the people in modern day Israel are European Jews? Not middle eastern Jews? Biblical Judea and modern day Israel are two totally separate things with two totally separate people in them. European Jews were not the Israelites of the Bible. I believe Jesus looked something like this or similar to this as that was who was in that region during the time. This shouldn’t trigger anyone or matter if you are actually a Christian.

You need to be much more detailed and specific to make this claim.
There is no genetic marker for being Jewish
There are genetic markers for certain specific populations that have a history of being Jewish, like Ashkenazi Jews and various Sematic populations (which are also largely Muslim, mind you).
I doubt that a DNA test showing Ashkenazi Jewish genetics would help identify a Beta Israel or a Palestinian Jew
