Exactly. What justice was there, if there was no crime?
It's like an investigation into a murder, when the murder victim is alive and well, standing there in plain sight the whole time. Then when the defendant states that there was no murder, they start crying obstruction.
Maybe someone has a better analogy, but only an idiot needs one to begin with.
