Wait, so you're telling me that after 2+ years and 30 million dollars, Mueller found 5 instances where he could have referred Trump to the DOJ for obstruction, but just decided not to?

Further, house democrats are sitting on 5 obstruction of justice charges, and have been crawfishing like hell on impeachment ever since the report came out? What did you elect these people to do? Are they all Trump toadys? Maybe secret republicans? What?
