Talk about poetic justice.

Wonder what her legal cost will be?
IIRC, the State of New York said that they would use taxpayer funds to pay for her defense.

Of all the judges in all the world, she got the one most likely to be sympathetic to her plight?
The deep state is just an idea folks.

That tweet can’t be real.
Oh for the entertainment value it's phenomenal! I think we can all buy into it being real as well given what a nit-wit hack she is. Derping to the max!

< $20K? WTF are we doing?
Real justice would be having her disbarred.
That said, she's approaching Michael Avenatti-level fail in the 10th Annual Get Trump Games.

The law is the law. Fraud is fraud. You damn well know we would not be exempt

Yes, this tweet is real.
Hell, the idiot's campaign slogan was basically, "I'm going to put Donald Trump behind bars." The witch had no idea that her lies, cheating, and incredible level of unprofessionalism could come back to haunt her.
But, it has. #FAFO

I'm convinced there is not a black woman in government who is not corrupt.

The black female conducting food stamp eligibility in the Southern U.S.
is the most corrupt creature on planet earth.

How much money did the "victims" of Trump's alleged fraud that Ms. James worked so hard to prosecute lose?
Not only did they not LOSE anything, they testified that they made millions from Trump loans. THEY TESTIFIED THAT THEY SUFFERED ZERO MONETARY LOSSES and this sham trial still went forward. Unfrickingbelievable.

It's not just interest savings. You have to put more down for NOO

She is accused of three things:
Listing a secondary home as primary
Listing a 5 unit rental as 4 units to qualify for lower rate loan
Listing her dad as husband to combine income for lower rate
All three have her better terms than she would’ve gotten otherwise.
If all three are true it’s going to be hard for her to plead no intent.

So, she basically defrauded the bank out of $18,933 in interest. How much money did the "victims" of Trump's alleged fraud that Ms. James worked so hard to prosecute lose?
How much did we all lose because of it?

Maybe if he pulls some shenanigans to help her it'll be a two-fer.

How much did she defraud the state in lost property taxes? Without homestead exemption, taxes are quite high

This is not petty. Just ask those who have been prosecuted for the same thing. The warning of committing mortgage fraud is very much stressed to all real estate investors from Realtors, lenders, and title closing agents. It is on multiple documents signed at time of application and at closing.
There is no way she did not know what she was doing. She just thought she could use her law license as a weapon to avoid being prosecuted.
If she gets off then then they should just remove mortgage fraud from the books because no one should ever be prosecuted for it she is not convicted. There is no talking yourself out of signed documents.

I think she knows her fat goose is cooked. If she tries to fight this, Discovery is probably going to lead to the DOJ bringing further charges and stacking other cases against her. I don't think RICO is out of the question either.
