your commentary would be more interesting if you examined the Denver Post liability for allowing the practice of false agitation for the purpose of collecting video for the evening news.
some interesting questions
1 Denver Post written policy/training regards field people taking action to agitate
2 Denver Post changing level of supervision of field people due to budget cutbacks
3. Denver Post meeting minutes describing need to promote one side of story
4. Denver Post written policy regards hire of contractor/assistants
5 Denver Post methods of compensating contractors
6. Denver Post track record with covering other riots this year
7. Denver Post method of compensating for click happy topic generators
Do not expect Denver Post to give this up without screaming media privilege

I'm not big on conspiracy theories...But there are way too many coincidences, chance encounters, the same 4 people throughout the day all together, the stare down of the victim on the street corner prior to the altercation, the quick and clear responses (Identification, justification, vindication) to the police after what should be a traumatic event, the lack of shock or surprise on their faces in the moment of the shooting, the missing pictures and "untimely" stop and start of video, the conflicting statements. It all just seems off for a random act of self defense.

Makes you wonder... maybe the original plan, was for BGM guy to harass Keltner into drawing his weapon, and then Dolloff to blast Keltner. Keltner didn't play along though.

I am pretty sure that was Keltner. I believe that he was wanting to kick some arse, but he wasn't going to do it on camera, and that's why everything went wrong.
