We all want to believe our eyes, but sometimes they just tell us lies.( That's kind of a borrowed line, from Dylan's, License To Kill)
It does appear to be an unfired round in the photo, at first, but that is not possible, and if you look at the zoomed in photo, you can see the hot gas coming out of the end of the casing, facing away from you. It's a bright sunny day, and the casing is flying fast.

It has to be spent. I agree with you. There is not enough time to chamber a round and fire and the unspent round still be in flight.

I have known that these kinds of events would be happening years ago as I know a complete murderous bastard, have known him for over 50 years. He is neck deep in this antifa/murder/mayhem/communist/fourth reich philosophy. I didnt know where it would erupt but I knew this was coming.

I thought the Portland had detailed advance footage. The guy shooting the video was absolutely 100% a part of that murder. He shot video of what appears to be nothing before starting to walk but the video is actually the people who eventually pull up in the car acting like they trying to help and offer false witness accounts.

Yep, a hurricane will teach you that in a hurry. After Michael I think it was 3-4 days before I saw any sort of government vehicle in my neighborhood, and I'm not out in the sticks. Roads were cleared by bubbas with chainsaws, chains & trucks, neighbors were fed by neighbors, etc etc.
