Serious question:

How am I “deflecting” by declining to express an opinion that I have not yet formed?

I'm assuming that those charges will eventually be dropped. At the time of charges, I think the shooter was still claimed to be right wing, by msm. Now that it's clear that he's a staunch far leftist... things will change.

once again you cannot kill someone if they spray you w mace and the fact he was booked 1st degree is a clear example.
Say what?

He clearly committed a homicide. It MAY be justified/excused/privileged by self defense, and it may not. At this point, it looks like the authorities are saying that he will need to meet his burden of proving that defense. Just like Rittenhouse.

That went over your head, didn’t it?

Imagine slapping and macing a cop what do you think happens next?

Antifa has been assaulting and macing cops for months now. Can the cops shoot back in “self defense”?

If I see you trying to measure a volume of water using a stopwatch, I need not express an opinion on the volume in order to note that you are using the wrong tool.

So you know it’s an issue, and you STILL attempted to correct someone else’s spelling errors without proof reading? You do know that makes it even WORSE that you misspelled the word injury right?

That’s just shoddy work and a piss poor excuse. Ya know, it reminds me of a saying my old boss always said. “Excuses are like assholes, everyone has one and they all smell like shite”

Except you absolutely CAN measure the volume of water using a stopwatch.......

Now you’d use an absolute frick ton of math, and there are absolutely far easier ways to do it. But you can do it.

At no point was his life in danger and pepper spray is not lethal, also he shot the guy after the pepper spray. your assumptions are based off emotion not facts.

Not emotions at all. If he slapped him maced him who are you to decide what happens next? How do you not the slapping does not continue into a further beating? Where is your crystal ball?

Should a woman being raped be allowed to shoot the rapist? Technically her life is not in danger?

We lose.

They want it more.

Hm, you posted the Colorado statute and bolded “great bodily harm” and are now crawfishing it, saying you don’t in fact know the law.

I wonder why?

I think if you are having to get in to semantics this heavy you're position is not strong. If this goes to trial a jury will most likely deadlock, a self defense pleading.

What do we see in the pictures and videos? Victim quickly walks away from one argument to another. Allegedly the shooter initially tried to take the mace away. Then he gets slapped hard enough his ball cap flies off. The victim also had metal rings on all his fingers so if he punched him with a closed fist a few times he could of killed him. The shooter would of had reason to believe based on what we see, that his life or body or the life or body he was hired to protect, could have been in serious, or great danger.

That's why these protests are so dangerous and silly. Too many emotional fools arguing over nothing.

If that picture is real the guy brought a slap and mace to a gun fight.

But they were important enough to try to correct someone else’s typing and spelling skills. If one is going to correct another, one should ensure that he is first correct in his correction.

Now I'm curious does doloff hold a concealed weapons permit valid or recognized in the State of Colorado?

Are you allowed even if so to carry in certain events like this protest in Colorado?

Was the weapon a legal purchase and owned by doloff?

Could others now be facing charges as accesseries to this murder for the parts they played?

Absolutely. They only issue they have is hitting the other folks in a crowd. Again give it a try walk up to a cop slap the shite out of him spray him with mace and you would be surprised if he shot you?
