1. The guy clearly did something that made them think he was a problem
2. He was belligerent with them
3. Got sprayed
4. STILL fought with them - them. Numerous officers. What the hell did he think he was going to accomplish
5. Oh and btw, he was armed, fighting with officers - the most SURE way of getting yourself ventilated
6. All of this while knowing full well what all was going on in MN and that everyone is on edge

But let's complain about the last domino and not everything else that led up to it. These idiots have gotten talked into digging their own graves and they're following instructions

Though I have also avoided these situations in my life also still we the the line in the land of the free that we can be killed for opening our mouths. Yes we avoid the situation but they shouldn't be able to do what they did based of the video we saw only.Im not talking immigration, I'm talking about citizens no matter what your party is.

good to know how everyone on here thinks the police should shoot anyone that they see has a gun. I hope you feel that way if you ever carry outside your house.

Perfectly stated.

They are ok with stuff like this as long as it happens to the “others”.

The cops don't have the right to unload on someone for simply having a gun.

Ice push a woman to the ground for legally filming.
He tries to help her up.
Ice tackle him.
He lets them know he has a gun.

Ice take his gun and ice with gun is walking away.

Then he gets shot 5 times.

Bunch a boot lickers in here

Describe how the agents should have reacted upon seeing the perp had a gun. Please elaborate. They overreacted? How many times have you faced a gun?

You realize that they National Rifle Association has condemned one of the US Assistant Attorney's, who tweeted, "If you approach law enforcement with a gun, there is a high likelihood they will be legally justified in shooting you. Don't do it!" (which is what you're saying) after the shooting. The NRA.

The guy who was shot had a CC permit. It was legal for him to have that gun. As so far there's no video that shows him attempting to use it to shoot anyone and no witnesses have testified that he did. Both the video and the eyewitness testimony agree that he had a phone in his right hand and nothing in his left hand when he was shot 10 times in five seconds.

Now, something else could come out—a different witness or a new angle on video that shows something different, but cops don't get to kill an American citizen just because they have a legal, permitted gun on them.

Again, it's early in the investigation and something else could come out to change the conclusion, but so far it looks like the cops are going to be in trouble for this one. And I fully supported ICE for the woman who hit the officer with her car. It doesn't look like there is anything like that in this case.

If it stays that way it will be interesting to note how many populists are willing to throw the 2nd Amendment under the bus like you just did to defend the home team.

In learned at an early age….if you look for trouble, you will find it. I wonder if he would have been shot at home, at work, or god forbid, doing what he was told by law enforcement.

Minnesota doesn’t appear to have a legal requirement to disclose if you’re carrying, but doing so would likely mean that this guy would still be alive.

What do you see on that video that leads you to that conclusion?

Based on what I see, I think if the guy had told them he had a gun they would have simply shot him sooner and claimed he was threatening them when he told them about it.

In other words, if they didn't act professionally when they saw it (and that it wasn't being used to threaten anyone), what makes you think they would have acted professionally if they heard about it first? One of them would have just screamed "GUN!" just like they did when they saw it and the guy would have bought the farm 20 seconds earlier. That's my opinion, anyway.

I watched the video and I’ve formed my own opinion. Turns out, it’s the same opinion I’ve always had, if these retards resist, they are putting themselves and law enforcement in a very bad position. Split second decisions with a lifetime of consequences. Is it unfortunate? Yes…. Is it avoidable? Yes, either do what law enforcement asks of you or go home. It’s really that simple. If people disagree with that then we will never agree, ever. You will not change or minds, we will not change yours and people will continue to die needlessly.

Agree. I couldn't quite see very much but clearly heard 'gun' and that would justify defensive deadly force. I doubt the agitators would yell 'gun' therefore it's most likely LE agents.

Do you think, that there is one possible way to not get shot by ICE?

ICE agents aren’t trained to do the things they are doing in Minnesota. ICE agents are trained to use minimal force. They are being used as police officers and SWAT.

Any LE officer or agent that are issued a firearm must pass training on deadly force.

They encounter holstered guns all the time. The gun was never in his hands. It was on his hip. The gun was removed by an agent and then they blasted him.

The only way to know this in the videos I've seen is to have x-ray vision.

lol, come on dude…..he was trying to pull another protestor away and the agents told him to stop, so he continued to push the officers and drag the other person away and that’s when they rolled him

Here's the thing...when the truth is on your side, you don't have to rush to put out a statement that's obviously bullshite. Noem said he arrived "to inflict maximum damage". If that were the case, there would have been dead agents on the ground because he would have drawn his weapon and opened fire before they had a chance to disarm him. I have been a big Noem supporter, but that statement is bullshite.

This is turning into the same horse shite that the stupid lady driving the car provoked - ‘let’s go to the video tape’!

The questions being asked are all wrong and are just related to ‘process’. This simply serves to distract from questions about the real issues (illegal immigration, crime, political corruption, fraud, insurrection, etc.) and plays right into the hands of those who are organizing the revolution who are delighted you are so easily manipulated.

Wake up…

What if 6 years from now, under a President Gavin Newsom, ATF agents bust into his home...with no warrant and no probable cause...suspecting that his firearms are illegal? Could he have been shot defending his 2A rights?
